Our client was looking for a way to increase throughput and ROI in their production line. The harsh production environment created specific design constraints.

The solution our team developed, built, and commissioned consisted of Three Fanuc M-2iA/3SL delta robots with custom end of arm tools. The Delta Robots work together to pick parts from an infeed conveyor, and place them on trays in a customer-specified configuration. Each robot can tend 2 trays at a time.
