Multi-Lane Case Palletizer

Royal Ridge Fruit and Cold Storage, a fruit grower and supplier in the pacific northwest, was looking for a robotic palletizing system that could palletize multiple box sizes from multiple infeed conveyors to multiple place positions.

The palletizing system consists of two Fanuc M-410iC/185 Robots with a custom designed end of arm tools.
